A grand vision was established when Glen Oaks plat maps came off the drawing board and the first spade of soil was turned in 1992. The residential community designed around golf course architect Tom Fazio's masterpiece began to take shape.

 

Billed as Central Iowa's first private residential community, over 400 prime home sites were situated among 450 acres of mature oaks. Gently rolling hills, a wide range of panoramic views, and of course, the spectacular 18-hole championship golf course completed the signature of this unique community.
